Rules & Exclusions
- Discounts: Apply only to FPF services and cannot be combined with other promotions. $600 limit applies per project.
- Thrive Guarantee & Extended Guarantee Exclusions:
- Guarantees apply only if proper irrigation and drainage are in place.
- Guarantees are void if planters or plantings suffer from neglect (overwatering/underwatering), poor drainage, pest/animal damage, abuse, or acts of nature (storms, floods, extreme weather).
- Sprinkler Adjustment: Limited to standard adjustments of existing systems. Repairs or parts not included.
- Mosquito & Tick Treatment: Reduces activity but does not guarantee full elimination. Weather may delay service. Service area limits apply.
- Membership: Non-transferable, tied to property of enrolment.
