Frequently Asked Questions
What's included with my subscription?
Each subscription includes one custom arrangement — plants, soil, delivery, and installation directly into your existing planter. Each season we come back with a fresh arrangement and remove the old one. Care instructions are included with every delivery. Planters are not included but can be purchased through the FPF shop.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope — we’ll install your arrangement whether you’re home or not. We just need access to your planter.
Can my planter be placed indoors?
We recommend keeping your planter outdoors. Our arrangements are designed with plants that need natural sunlight and airflow to thrive — bringing them inside disrupts their growing conditions and shortens their lifespan.
What if I only want one or two seasons?
No problem — the Two Season and Single Season subscriptions are designed exactly for that. You choose the seasons that work for you.
Can I change my order or skip a season?
Yes — you can adjust sizes, quantities, or subscription type anytime through your account. Season skips are allowed with 30 days notice. Short notice changes may incur a small restocking fee since we special order flowers for each home.
How do I know what planter size to order?
Measure the diameter across the top of your planter. Small is up to 12″, Standard is 12–16″, and Large is 16–18″. Height doesn’t factor in. Need a custom size or commercial package? Just email the team.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free. We serve all of Long Island’s Suffolk and Nassau Counties. NYC delivery is available on a case-by-case basis.
When can I expect my delivery each season?
Spring: April 1–22 / Summer: May 26–June 20 / Fall: September 5–23 / Winter: October 31–November 29. Exact dates vary based on growing conditions — we’ll always notify you when your delivery is scheduled.
